I am an actor and executive assistant looking to house sit/pet sit in the NYC or JC area. As a condo owner myself, I would treat your place with the highest respect. I love cats, and dogs make me laugh. I am also a bit OCD which is a good thing when it comes to keeping someone else's home and span. I recently graduated with an MFA in Acting from The New School for Drama as a non-traditional (older) student. I currently hold a full-time temp job working for 3 executives at a well-established financial services firm. I do not have a car, so I can only house-sit for you if you are convenient to public transportation.
