I am a retire 68 yr.old woman. I retire from a assistant living nursing home .. I work there for 12 years. I care for 15 to 25 residents on a daily basis and etc.. coming from New York. I was a supervisor for a home care agency. I was in charge of interviewing and hiring ladies and gentlemen to take care of elderly man and women in there homes.
