To your home I bring 15 years of the following: 1) Home repair and landscaping, gardening and composting experience. I know the value of home maintenance. Watering and basic upkeep included for free. I ask a negotiable additional fee depending upon your yard care requests while you're away. Come home to a new garden or compost system! 2) Professional Security services with various levels of higher skills training. 3) Dog, cat and fish expertise. Successful dog and cat trainer. I have skills and experience with older and ailing animals which includes: Medicating, giving fluids, bathing, walking and exercising, vet visits, creating calm and reducing their anxiety. (negotiable additional fee will depend upon your pet care needs) 4) Housecleaning - It is wonderful to return to an exceptionally clean home. I always leave your home clean and neat. However, let’s discuss any extra cleaning projects for an additional fee. 5) Experienced swimming pool and hot tub services include scrubbing, skimming, clean filters and tile, test water quality and correctly add chemicals, back flush filter if necessary. 6) Car/Vehicle care: many people want their car started or moved while they're away, and enjoy returning to a clean car. MY RATES BASIC SERVICE is $20 per day house-sitting which includes one pet care in home. PET FEES: $5 per day for each additional pet. Walking dogs in neighborhood is $5/day. Taking to dog park is $20 per dog. We can talk about any medical care services. BASIC HOME SERVICE INCLUDES - I will never have other people or pets in your home. I'll open and close curtains, set any alarms, check all doors and window locks, walk around perimeters and the neighborhood daily. I follow all of your pet and home care instructions. Before your return all floors, kitchen and baths will be clean. I bring my own linens, pillows, dishes and only use a small designated space in your home. I send regular photos of pets, important mail envelopes or other instructions to you. You can always call me 24 hours a day. Other services are extra and negotiable and probably under market rates.
