To whom it may concern, I have had the distinct pleasure of having Diane Kopp as a coworker, coach, and friend at Queen Creek High School for the last 14 years. Diane has been more than the ideal teacher. I also was lucky to have her as a department head for 12 years. She not only has achieved the highest achievement and my deepest respect, she has demonstrated outstanding leadership and maintained a clear sense of purpose. Diane has also received many awards for academics in her education such as being in the earing her Master’s Degree, Hall of Fame inductions, as well as balancing working two jobs. Once she has put her mind to a goal that she has there is nothing that is going to stop her from reaching this goal. She wanted to become more advanced at teaching yoga and wasn’t afraid to learn something new whether it be from online training, or in person training. She also was willing to do whatever it took to help her kids reach their goals in school. Her classmates, fellow teachers and I will always hold her in the highest regards. There is not a program in the world or job that I can think of that I would not trust her to do. I have seen first-hand how much she has done when she puts her mind to it.
