House Sitter in Mc Allen, Texas

Hi there! I'm Valerie, 26 years old and discovering the world. In the beginning of november I took a plane from Belgium, my homecountry, to Honduras. At this moment I'm spending some time with family in the US. I studied social work and combined this work with working in a (coffee)bar. I really loved this variety. I enjoy life and creating new experiences. I can get pretty enthusiastic and driven about projects, my friends, work... pretty anything. But I experienced that variety is important for me to keep on to this enthusiasm. I will be travelling for unknown duration. During my travel I want to set up social artistic projects on different locations. It's my goal to create this projects together with local organisations and artists. (I love to explain all of this in a live chat !) While working on these projects I want to stay for more or less 2 months in the same neighbourhood. By doing house- & petsitting I hope - I can find some places where i can stay and in the meanwhile - Involve more easily in the local places - get inspired - help you out with some usefull things in return I'm used to watching dogs from friends and really love this. Especially when they stay for a few days at my place. Animals like cats, fishes, rodents aren't a problem as wel. I grew up at a farm so i know basics about animalfarms, gardening... Also I love to learn new things! I will be spending Januari and Februari in Texas. McAllen is the place where I'll probably start the project. So if someone has a nice sitting oportunity for me somewhere in this area, for some days / weeks please contact me. I'm really flexible in duration as in distance.
