I do house sitting, and I also do maintenance and repairs when and where needed. Over the years I have also owned and remodeled 7 homes. My family and I owned 720 acres of good farm ground, and we had a 114 hereford cow/calf operation. I also built and managed a Double 8 Herringbone barn for milking my 106 Holstein dairy cows. I also owned and developed a 120 acre Island in Southern Idaho into unique residential estates with some commercial zoning. I purchased and rezoned a 40-acre parcel into commercial, multifamily and single family homes in Twin Falls, ID. I also purchased and developed Purity Water and Idaho Mountain Water - a 5-gallon bottled water and water softener business. We started with 328 customers and in less than 4 years we had more than 1,500. I also developed two Idaho bottle patents, and I held a Federal Registered Trademark and Logo good in all 50 states.
