House Sitter in Parrish, Florida

I would be willing to check the air conditioning and plumbing and to make sure the house is secure and hasn't been broken into. If there was to be a problem with water, A/C etc, you would have to instruct me as to how you would want me to proceed. I live in Parrish, so I would want the homes to be in Parrish, FL or very close to Parrish. I also would be willing to ready the home for your return. Dusting, sweeping, etc. I am very honest and trust worthy and have references to back that statement up. I have a very strong work ethic. You could rest easy knowing that your home was in good hands while away. Any replies please be specific as to what duties you would want and what you are willing to pay for such services.
