House Sitter in North Miami Beach, Florida

I'm a Service Connected Viet-Nam Veteran. I'm capable of everyday chores. I'm also a retired government worker 20 yrs., I too am a former (sold two years ago) Pest Control Company Owner for 40 yrs. Any pest problems in or around the property will be handled. I'm basically looking for a seasonal (available winter, January to April or no less than a month) job working for a family of means only! I'm just looking to "provide peace of mind" to the homeowner. My wife too will be with me periodically flying back and forth to Staten Island. One thing; I have a well trained service dog that literally shadows me. Naturally house broken. Lab Mix. also a certified K-9. Services And Training: I am comfortable doing plant watering, maintain pools, cars, boats, light gardening (no lawn mowing). I intend to drive to Florida unless there's a vehicle available, I'll fly. I've been a home owner for 41 yrs. in an upper middle class location on Staten Island. I'm definitely of handyman's caliber, probably a little more. I have no experience house sitting, but have lived in privately owned houses all my life. I know how to maintain, and resolve many issues. Also my fee's are negotiable.
