House Sitter in Chicago, Illinois

This is to apply for house sitter jobs. I am experienced. I am semi-retired from the corporate world. I held marketing and advertising management jobs up through VP for Leo Burnett, Yardley of London US, Swift, Turtle Wax and Procter & Gamble. I also was on the faculty at the U of Chicago, Booth Business teaching New Product Development to full time MBA candidates. I currently reside in Evanston and have an office in Chicago. I only accept referral work now so I have sufficient time and can work in any location with wi-fi that I can use free. I love living in other environments. I love homes. I love architecture. My clients frequently remark...I cannot even tell you were here as I make sure your home remains in the exact condition you wish. In the meantime I make certain the HVAC is running properly, bring in your mail and packages and other tasks that you require to feel comfortable and confident that all is being well handled in your absence. For example, I can allow any maintenance/handy men you have retained into your home. In this instance I require complete identification of the hired individual/company and I am not responsible for their service delivery. I can also feed and maintain the litter box for your cats. I can walk your dog (s), assuming the dog is command trained and is safe for other dogs and humans, including children. If funded; I can purchase, with a detailed list, the items you'd like in your home when you return. These are the types of services I have performed. I am open to receiving other requests. I am not a cleaning lady, though. I do not clean. I do not do your laundry. Questions, please ask.
