I have experience managing water damage, floods and fires during emergencies and finding contractors afterwards to repair units while liaising with the syndicat and insurance companies. I have a deep understanding of property maintenance since an element of the job is to contract suppliers for maintenance such as ventilation cleaning, window washing, garage cleaning, pool maintenance, snow removal and much more. Previously I worked in property management in apartment rentals, I have seen everything from the best tenants to the worst. My job is a mix of work from home, work from cafes and work from the lounges in the towers....the company doesn't have a physical office space which keeps things flexible.
