As a homeowner and former commercial property owner, I am well known for attention to detail (ex-military) and will be here to make sure your home runs smoothly while you are away. I am an active, in-shape, ex-business, ex-project manager and business owner that offers a range of services for your house sitting needs in any season. As an experienced pet owner, I oversee pet feeding, to ensure your furry friends are well cared for and kept on their regular feeding / activity schedule. I also do mail collection and organizing so you don't worry about missing important letters or deliveries while away. Plant care is another essential service provided, so that all indoor and outdoor greenery remains healthy (per your directions), while trash and recycling is routinely managed so all is sorted and handled per collection day s.o.p. To address a snow event, I will be glad to retain a snow removal pro (for you) in the event of a snow storm (per your advanced directions). I charge $35 / hour, and deliver a high end style of service to keep your home running smoothly, and will confer with you (as needed) to help manage any emergency that could occur (taking a pet to the Vet, pics of any storm damage for insurance claim, calling a contractor for an HVAC issue etc.).
