Hello my name is Rachel. I am interviewing for a house and petsitter job in Girard, Pennsylvania, in the Erie area. I am also interested in traveling both in the United States and internationally for 2 week or less stays. I plan to contribute my experience as a House and Petsitter. I have experience with local families both on a regular basis and for vacations. I have also traveled internationally doing house and pet care. I am available as required.
Description of Skills:
I have experience with plant watering, lawn maintenance, and light landscaping. I also have personal transportation available. I have extensive prior history in the role. I own and run a pet care business in which I walk dogs and let them out when their parents are at work. I am also a professional photographer with a wide range of photography from pets and homes to people and events. Andy is a professional photographer who specializes in animals and nature. Andy is fabulous with plants, aspiring to have a citrus farm in the future.

My wife and I recently opened a business and found the hours away from home were a lot more than expected. Our great dane is two years old and has ALOT of HEAVY energy. She is the sweetest girl but needs attention and playtime. She is crated all day when we are not home so when she comes out her energy is at the greatest level. Along with Izzy we have a small dog who is about 10 and two cats. Rachel lets the dogs out when she arrives, feeds them and plays ball with them. Each time she comes over she takes photos of the pets and locks up when she leaves. I know my pets are in great care when Rachel visits and would recommend her to others!

Wow!! Rachel and Andy are great people! Our dogs were given tons of love and hiking opportunities. They did all the tasks that I asked for and some extra as well. They did laundry I had left behind! We were lucky enough for them to stay a couple of days after our return. They were fantastic guests as well as awesome house sitters! Every time they would come back from sightseeing the dogs would get so excited to see them! They sent pictures and text everyday. The pictures that Andy took were amazing!! I’ll be using them for my site pictures!! The house was just as we left it. They also wrote a sweet note and left a present of brownies from scratch and flowers!! We couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They are intelligent, fun, friendly and professional. Definitely pick them if they apply for your sit! They are welcome back anytime as we feel like they are new friends for us!!
