My relationship with Brittany Watson for the past 9 years has evolved and changed. We started as friends in high schools, then became teammates in soccer and colorguard, then coworkers for 4 and a half years. Brittany in all capacities (friend, teammate, coworker) has been dedicated, kind, focused, and detail-orientated to the task. When we worked as teammates she had great communication, showed up on time, and provided positivity to the environment. She was respected by our fellow teammates as well as entrusted with personal stories, while never breaking their privacy. During my 4 and half years co-managing with Brittany, she showed excellence in leading a team, training team members, and being innovative. As a manager Brittany aided in handling money, inventory, 10 person team management, and above all maintaining quality customer service and food safety. Brittany quickly transferred from a team member to a shift supervisor even though she was only 18. Brittany was a critical member in our team for positivity, leadership, and teamwork. She leads by example rather than telling and held responsibility for her decisions and actions. I would recommend Brittany for any job or employment because she puts 100% of herself into her work. She is credible, hardworking, and great at communication, which makes her a competitive. In terms of house sitting, Brittany has helped my family out as well. She is very respectful of our belongings and takes great care for our animals (at the time we had 2 dogs, with one being fairly large). She also provided cleaning of the common areas (dishes, kitchen, vacuuming, etc). Also, she maintains constant contact with the house in order to best serve my animals that have a lot of needs. Overall, Brittany has my recommendation because she has shown her dedication to her work throughout the past 9 years that we have been friends.
