I have been a property owner and income/property manager for 25 years which has shaped me into a perfect candidate to look after, resource and manage your property needs. I am very handy as well. I love to repair, clean, organize, improve, detail, etc. I learned how to repair standard household appliances by trial and error, have tiled bathrooms, installed plumbing, patch and paint, fixtures, even opened a wall, framed in and built in a closet. I love DIY, have and will do anything I possibly can. ( I also love to put on a nice dress for a fancy night out, haha.) I am kind and compassionate along with intelligent and energetic.
