House Sitter in Bellingham, Washington

I'm a 35 year old Washington native, who enjoys traveling & has always been able to get along better with animals than most people. (Animals don't argue quite as much.) Than again, that's pretty common with introverts & writers. I suffer from a severe caffeine addiction as well as a sunshine deficiency (again, Washington native), and am easily considered a bit of a neat freak. I'm a quiet person, who would rather spend their time writing, reading, people watching, sipping a good glass of wine, or taking a leisurely walk with your dog & cat (in the rare case that yours is lease trained). In the past I've cared for cats, dogs, goats, chickens, ducks, birds, fish & the occasional iguana - and while my gardening skills are very questionable (read: nonexistent) I am great at keeping house plants alive, so long as I'm advised of their preferred feeding schedule in advance. I've recently committed to making more time to focus on my countless writing projects (my someday career), while focusing a little bit less on my current 9-5 career working for "the man" - thus my seeking more opportunities to house/pet sit, allowing me the chance to get away from my day to day life, taking care of your home in your absence, & writing - really it's a win-win-win (if you count your pets).
