Hello, my name is Ian Penate and I'm a 32 year old business owner/security guard. I've house sat many times for my family and friends and handled their plants, animals, mail and trash cans when necessary. I look after the property as if it was my own meaning I take very good care of it and make sure it's in the same shape as when you left it unless you prefer me to clean which I will. Like vacuuming, dishes dusting, etc. I own my own landscaping company so if you don't have a gardner and need your property maintained while you're gone I can do that as well.
