House Sitter in Phoenix, Arizona

I'm an
Individual
Hello there! I have always been a full-time working mother and I know I can be the best help to any family out there who's looking for more than a nanny. I'm an excellent cook (especially healthy cooking, runs in my Japanese culture) and I'm also extremely organized & clean. I'm a mother of two daughters (27 & 21 years old)- one resides in Phoenix and the other in California. I recently moved to Phoenix (Arcadia) about a month ago to start a new chapter in my life and to be with my lovely daughter and I couldn't be happier right now. I would describe myself as a happy, very positive, and outgoing individual- and I know my peers would say the same thing as well! My life motto is to always treat other the way I want to be treated and I live by it every day. I'm a very hard working individual and have worked all my life juggling a lot on my plate. I'm very proactive on my own and I have to stay busy at all times. I always take every task with a great attitude & smile and I have a sense of making those who I work for feel comfortable to request anything. I will always go above & beyond with every task and as I mentioned above, I was a working mother and I believe I can be great help to any family that needs an extra hand! I am also fluent in Japanese & English and have raised both of my daughters to be fluent as well, so that is something I would be happy to include in my responsibility list if the family desires. I've always been a fun, very nurturing & loving mother to my children and that's what I intend to do as a caregiver. Teaching manners and how to respect others are also very important elements in my care giving skills. I have a very close relationship with both of my daughters and I've always maintained the perfect level of friendship & parenthood with them. I don't mind being strict and to discipline when needed, but I know to only take actions with what the parents feel comfortable with. Every parent is different and I know to respect and only stay within my boundaries. Another important element to my care giving skills is building confidence in others. Everyone (including adults) need confidence in order to believe in themselves and live positively and I truly believe I do just that. People sometimes call me a healer, because they feel loved, confident, and happy after being around me. Assisting and nurturing runs in my Japanese culture and I'd love to find a wonderful family to work for. I am looking forward to meeting you all! Please feel free to call me anytime. My cell phone is 775-762-.... Best Regards, Kazuyo Considine
