What We're Looking For: Hey my name is Caroline. I am hiring a housesitter available in Bradenton, Florida. I plan to connect with a dedicated person who has part-time availability. Duties: house checker when we are gone : checking the thermostat checking for any leaks or floods or anything wrong with the house hot water heater any problems with electricity , somebody who is strong enough to bring in the patio furniture on the front porch and the back porch into the empty garage before I have a tropical storm or a heavy hurricane may need help amd will pay more or anything with the house and watering plants when we are gone and when our renters are done renting doing a walk-through for me to make sure everything is OK and basically we can go over everything on the phone it’s brief- thanks !
