House Sitter Job in North Hollywood, California

Overview: Hi there my name is Cameron. I am hoping to hire a house-sitter/possible maid duties (vacuum, dusting etc & will pay more) available in North Hollywood, California. I plan to find a careful individual who is persistent in cleaning and getting the job done. Someone who makes sure their boss is happy. Services And Training: My home requires property watching, mail collecting, cleaning duties & more. I am looking for an individual who would be an asset in my home, someone who I’d hate to see leave but find comfort in the fact my home is clean and maintained and he/she will be back again on the specific days agreed upon. The top applicant would be willing to adhere to specific requests. If specific requests are made by myself I of course will be compensating out of gratitude (i.e. please make sure one smells clean, good, enticing, no bad aromas... uniform or specific attire so myself and/or my guests will be able to easily identify you, etc) Availability: I tend to prefer someone who has availability that meets my needs or can adjust their schedule to my preference. Again I have no problem compensating additionally if that makes it easier to meet my desired timeframes
