House Sitter Job in Atlanta, Georgia

I have a 14 year old and 5 cats, one outdoor, one elder. Room and board provided (food, utilities, and consumables) , safe beautiful morningside townhome, I’ll need help for 3 years. Walkable and we have e-bikes. We are very relaxed, silly, nerdy, creative, and non-religious. I’m immune compromised, vaccinations are required. Not by any means a party house, I’m raising a teen, but not uptight. I live a very alternative lifestyle and am painfully creative. Ideally you have a pt/ft nine to five, I’d need you to watch my teenager and care for the cats while I’m away on business, around 15 weeks of the year. Typically once a month. My teenager is away most of the summer and travels throughout the year too. I play piano and sing a lot. We are very loud until 9/10pm. We’d have a clear contract. Background check required.
