Out of state owners need sitter to occupy house, keep it clean and open it for prospective buyers. The house will be on the market for sale and if sold, the house sitter job will end. The job could be for a few days or a few weeks. There are no plants or animals to care for. Only mail collection, keep the house tidy and clean and open it up on appointment. You need to be able to be there everyday during business hours.
