House Sitter Job in Edmonds, Washington

Nice to meet you! My name is Jen. We are interested in finding house sitting and plant care in Edmonds at a fair price. Please contact me if you are interested. Possibility of long-term house sitter relationship, so great for occasional supplemental income. Prefer someone with solid houseplant experience, as I've grown very attached to them. This would be a once-a-week visit (specific day is flexible) for less than an hour to tend to the plants and make a lap around the house to make sure we don't have unexpected homeowner surprises (leaks, etc). Once in awhile this may also involve grabbing the mail, rolling the bins in from the street or clearing the driveway drain of debris so we don't have a mini flood. There will need to be solid communication as you will need to text when you are heading to the house so we can disarm the security. I think this would be great for someone retired or a college student needing a study break.
