If you enjoy Uptown and want to live near all the cool stuff like: West Village, the Katy Trail and the many gyms/shops/restaurants/and bars, then there's over 3,000 square feet of space to share at our place! Our fully furnished arrangement offers you the comfort you'll enjoy while helping you save $$$! Fresh linens are provided for your comfort. There's a bathroom a few feet away, plus closet space. We would require you to work 20 hours per week as office admin, plus cook dinner five nights a week (your dinner included), in return for 7 nights accomodation. Part of the admin work is paid and we do require the person hold a valid permit to work in the USA. Work will be mainly on the computer assisting the owner of the home, and we require the person to have a good standard of English and to be approachable and well mannered. Ideally we are looking for long-term, so please consider this before replying. This is the best kept secret in Uptown! Finally, the ideal person should be a non-smoker, have no pets, no one out of rehab, and a background ck is a must.
