Hi Nathaly, My name is Sean and I’m just reaching with hopes to be apart of your fitness journey and share my 8 yrs of experience with you.The Triangle Park near Playa Vista & Clover Park in Santa Monica. I have all the equipment you would need from weights to ropes. I specialize in weight training with a combination of cardio and core stability training all in one. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I won’t push you more than you can handle while simultaneously showing you that you’re capable of more than you think, and of course keeping it fresh and fun. I also assist with nutritional guidance and additional workouts to do at home. My role & goal is to be positive, prepared, and patient.
