House Sitter Job in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico

I am in search of a reliable house sitter to help care for my property while I am away.
This job includes tasks such as weeding the driveway care, taking out the trash and recycling to the curb, and other house sitting tasks. If you think you meet the criteria, I invite you to message me.
I also have an airbnb on the property which I operate remotely, but that does require cleaning between guests. There a periods where the airbnb apartments is empty for months and other times there might be guests booked back to back. I varies I will happily pay $20 per cleaning
