House Sitter Job in Sierra Vista, Arizona

I am Madeleine or Bob, a homeowner in Sierra Vista, Arizona. I am looking for a reliable house sitter to care for my home and pets while I am away. The casita is located inside the San Pedro Conservation area 7 miles from Sierra Vista, AZ. It has AC , internet, flat screen TV, washer drier. This is country living with numerous trails for walking, hiking, and biking and a premier birdwatching area for those who are interested. The duties include mail collection, watching over an automatic irrigation system, walking the pets, feeding them twice a day and making sure they have access to water. The dogs are 2 Labradors and one small dog. They are well trained to the point they can walk off- leash as there is almost no traffic and they know the route. They also need a walk down the drive in the evening before bed. There is a bird feeding area in front of the house. Seed is put out in the morning and the water pan filled.
