large home requires sitter to water lawn/plants/garden. feed pony and 2 pups. hand walk pony for grazing 1 hour daily. pick up droppings ( about 15 minutes daily). bring in mail, mow with small John Deere if youre comfortable. clean pool traps daily and start sweeper (15min). otherwise just enjoy!
