House Sitter Job in Fairfax, Virginia

Hi, As I will be out of town from early September 2017 until July 2018 I need a house sitter to check on the house twice a month while my family and I are away. I prefer someone who lives relatively close to fairfax, ( 22031 zip code) Duties include: I I would expect you to come to the house twice a month ( could be more based on demand) to do the following chores: Collect the mail Check the bills Check bathrooms Remove the spider houses ( if any ) Once a month bring housekeeper to clean the house ( or the house sitter might able to do it) Check the Appliances Check the landscaping work Check cooling and heating system Lighting water the lawn (if needed) if anyone interested, please get back to me Thank Ray
