House Sitter Job in Riverside, Ohio

My name is Karina, and my husband and I are looking for a reliable house caretaker that can check on our home once per week while we are away. We are offering a competitive daily rate of $35.00. The main duties we need help with are checking on the house, making sure the faucets and pipes are working as we will be away during the winter. We would need assistance having the faucets dripped when necessary. We are looking for someone who can check on the general condition of the premises, which should be about once per week. We would be listing you as an emergency contact with our property management office, so we would need you to be available if an emergency occurs within the home, such as a pipe bursting, on an urgent basis. We are looking for someone who is reliable and trustworthy. You must be available on short notice as needed (for which we would compensate accordingly- $100.00 for any emergency availability).
