House Sitter Job in El Paso, Texas

I am looking for someone to stay at my house and take care of my two dogs and three cats. I would want to see credentials and background checks and also to be insured. I would also like references. I leave my dogs outside if I am running errands or working. At night though, the fur babies are in the house. The fur baby cats are indoor and the kitty litter needs to be cleaned everyday. On the fifth day the kitty litter is changed. I have bottled water for the babied inside but outside I use a big bowl and change the water every day. My house is pretty clean and I would expect the person I hire to sleep at the house.
