House Sitter Job in Ypsilanti, Michigan

So basically agreed to house sitting for a friend of my moms for a month and have no clue what to ask for I figured 10 a day I'd safe but how do you figure out your prices. The house is right there in Ann arbor so I don't know if he will think because it's in a good spot downtown Ann arbor I shouldn't have to pay him but it being there dose nothing for me, adds time it takes to go to work and the gym along with me working 10 hour days every day so no time really "enjoy" the location. It's a simple house sit I believe tho bc no animals and I don't believe he has plants but I read that staying long durations can change the pricing so yeah I don't know haha. Sorry to use this to ask questions but I figured instead of asking Google why not someone who does it thank you for you time and I hope you have a wonderful day along with this not getting your hopes up for a gig then letting you down 😅
