House Sitter Job in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

We will be away on and off for several months due to work, leaving behind our cat, snake, and houseplants. We're looking for someone to do the following. Once every other week: - refill cat feeder and water - water plants - give snake water - refill external snake tank humidifier with water Once a month: - Change cat litter - drop 3 feeder mice into snake tank We have a self-cleaning litter box where all you have to do is take out the self-contained box of old litter and replace it with a fresh box of litter. Only takes a few minutes once a month. The snake will eat feeder mice from a local store. We'll cover the cost of the mice and your travel expense to get them. Whatever day and time is most convenient for you is fine with us as long as there is clear communication. Im not sure what the going rate is for something like this so please let me know what you think is fair.
