House Sitter Job in Tampa, Florida

I'm hiring a house sitter to assist me with a Tampa home, as I am out of state. There are a couple items that I greatly need assistance with, as well as occasional walk throughs to report any issues. **I am very much looking for someone in or very close to the Lowry Park Central area of Tampa.** Service Requirements: My most immediate need is to have Spectrum/Brighthouse internet equipment returned to the provider. I will provide details and money for any cost associated with the specific return, as well as payment for tending to this duty. In the near future, I may also need someone available for a few hours time, so I could schedule various appointments related to the home as well (A/C, plumbing, etc.). I am open to discussion on my needs and how we may be able to make this work together!
