House Sitter Job in Elko, Nevada

Hi, I own a 12 acre ranch in the Peace Park area of Elko, right in town. There is a large farmhouse and a garage and a garden that I want to hire someone to check on periodically. The house and garage are older and not well secured so I want someone who can stop by the property and just walk around the two buildings to check to see if the sprinklers are running OK and there don't seem to be any broken windows or signs of theft or anything like that. I would probably ask you to turn on and off various lights and radios and things to make it look like someone is around. I would like you to email or call me if anything seems wrong and I would like to get pictures sent of the property once in a while. This is partly a construction site so there may be work going on here and there. I have most of the house stripped for renovation, I just use one bedroom and bathroom when I am here. In the winter I might need the sidewalk cleared of snow sometimes. I am looking for someone who either lives nearby or else has a car who can stop by two or three times a week for maybe 15-30 minutes each time.
