House Sitter Job in El Monte, California

I am 39 years old male, born again Christian, doing Master level degree in one of the Theological Seminary at Los Angeles EL Monte, California. I am International student, attending classes only nine hours a week (Tuesday 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and Thursday 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon - 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM). Indeed, at present I am living in the dormitory with other fellow students, paying tuition and dormitory fee as well but if I get an opportunity to stay outside without paying house rent I wish to stay out anywhere nearby, so that I would not have burden to pay for the dormitory fee. I am a sincere hard working personality, that's how I was brought up from my childhood and I am sure I can do all kinds of services listed below of this form like (Collect mail, Feed pets, Care for plants, Take out trash/Recycling, Snow clearing etc. This is the brief description about me.
