'Hi! my name is Elaine. My son (in California) is buying a house in Meridian. He is relocating for his job. The sale closes on Jan. 6th. He can’t move until the end of March so the house will be vacant for 3 months. I just need mail collection once a week and someone to walk around the outside of the house to check onit. It is on 23rd Ave. Thanks!!
