My husband is handy as we have had many rental homes here in Winnipeg as landlords. We just built a home on the lake 5 years ago and he did most of it himself. We can shovel and do the trash. Etc.
My husband is a retired Police Officer w Winnipeg Police for 32 years and myself as a Safety Inspector. We want to house sit in your home with no fee to the owner.
We want to do this from feb-April. We are planning on eventually moving there and want to see how the winters are before we make a move. But we love love Newfoundland. I am originally from the Clarenville area.
