About The Job:
I'm having carpet installed in my apartment. It is a one bedroom condominium apartment in City Place (West Palm Beach). The carpet installers require some one to be in the apartment while they are putting in the carpet (liability/insurance puposes?). The apartment is empty - no furniture and no tenant. The apartment has a terrace so they can sit outside on the terrace. Just bring a folding chair. Bathroom is working, A/C is running and refrigerator is on
