Hi there my name is David. I am interested in finding someone to review my home before and after my rentals this summer. You would have to come after a tenant leaves and check the house for damage and then prep the house for the next tenant. No cleaning as i have a house cleaner. Just make sure the front door code is changed, the house is in good shape and prepare a welcome basket for new tenants. Pretty easy but i need someone i can trust and is responsible. Pay will be by the visit not by the hour. look forward to speaking with you! Dave
