Posting: My name is Steven. I'm booking a live-in house sitting professional for a large home in Horseshoe Bend, Idaho. I seek a mature, responsible individual who knows how to take care of a home and do minor fixes as necessary. The home is currently For Sale and not occupied. My offer to provide a nice home you will inhabit with all expenses paid (mortgage, taxes, propane, electric). There is also a large barn, and consideration for horse boarding is possible. I will not pay you to stay there. In exchange for living in the home free of charge, you will keep the home clean and be ready within 1 hour for real estate showings.
