What We're Looking For: Hey our names are Deborah and Pirjo. We are searching for a house sitting professional available in Cottonwood, Arizona it would be trade situation where you take care of our needs at home for a free living place while we are gone. The use of a car as long as you had a valid driver’s license and insurance. You just need to maintain the home, the car and pets and plants. Unless it goes over a number of weeks, then any additional expenses beyond what we spend in a new energy efficient home, like utilities, would pay for the difference and gas using. It is 20-30 mins away from Sedona, AZ, there is a lot to do here. Everything is very close here. Flagstaff is about an hour or less from here, We have VA services here too. A hospital is very close, Local Colleges, etc. We also have great views from the house. I'm aiming to chat with a caring individual or two with semi-regular availability, who is also good and patient with two lab dogs. Details: Our home needs Spa maintenance, mail collecting, and a few plants to water, and basic house maintenance. It is preferable if you have experience in training pets. The best-possible housesitter would have multiple months of prior experience although this is not necessary to apply. You must a valid driver’s license and insurance in case there is an accident. A car would be available to drive, excellent condition with warrenties on it for certain things and you just take care of basic car care and put in the gas you use.
