I am a homeowner in Huntersville, North Carolina, looking to hire a reliable house sitter. This position is essential for maintaining my home while I am away, and I need someone who is responsible and detail-oriented. 2300 sqft patio courtyard home in 55 community. Weekly check for utilities and interior/exterior of house. On call for alerts generated by security and wifi connected systems. As needed inspections for possible weather related issues. Abilty to coordinate with contractors/service calls, etc. if needed. In addition, I need someone who can take care of my plants, making sure they are watered and healthy during my absence.
