House Sitter Job in St. Louis, Missouri

I'm interviewing for house/pet sitters for the fall/spring of this year. I live in St. Louis (63123) near Grant's Farm. Our family has 3 dogs, 1 cat and a hamster. Plus gardens that need to be watered and a pool that may need to be looked after (time of year dependent). I'm looking for someone that is a right fit because it's quite a bit to handle. The dogs are large and while I adore them, can be intimidating if you don't know them or don't like big dogs. The ideal candidate would stay at the home to best manage everything. I do not have specific dates yet and am just trying to figure out if I can find the right type of person for the job.
