I'm looking for reliable and responsible individual for the position of A Personal executive assistant and A home sitter. REMOTE PERSONAL ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION . You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments. Duties may be expanded to include coordinating meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials, ordering and maintaining supplies, submitting expenses and/or review incoming correspondence and prepare responses. Additionally, you will exercise independent judgment, in the event that the CEO and/or President is unavailable; you may provide direction and/or guidance to less experienced company employees. HOME SITTER JOB DESCRIPTION. You will take care of property, perform basic housecleaning duties, water indoor plants, and collect mail.while they are away in return for free accommodation.Answering telephone calls,Contacting the appropriate service providers to repair problematic plumbing and air conditioning systems.Caring for pets as required, which includes providing them with food and water, cleaning up after them, and scheduling veterinarian appointments should they fall ill.
