House Sitter Job in Silver Spring, Maryland

Hello ... I am traveling to Croatia for much of May 2024 and am seeking someone to both house sit and pet sit while I am away. I own a single family home in Silver Spring (charming Cape Cod style house). Staying behind is my 8 year old yorkie-poo, Cooper, who is very well behaved but also loves the company of humans. HOUSE SITTING As far as the house sitting is concerned, there's really nothing you have to do other than enjoy making yourself at home ... full use of the living area, guest bedroom, kitchen, utility room (washer/dryer), screened front porch, and side patio and fenced backyard. DOG SITTING - Cooper is very low maintenance, he just wants you to keep his water dish full, feed him once a day, and take him on walks to the nearby park (end of the block) twice a day. Otherwise, he mostly wants to enjoy your company.
