Responsibilities include mail collection, checking for any irregularities, and providing a visible presence to deter any potential security threats. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in house sitting or related roles is a plus. The hourly pay for this position is $28.00, and the schedule can be flexible to accommodate the selected candidate's availability.
