House Sitter Job in West Orange, New Jersey

I will be looking for a responsible person, that must be cleared by a background check before he or she can be hired. I may be away from my home for 3 - 5 months of the year,and I will need you to enter my home, which is in a gated and secure condominium community. You will need to make sure that in the winter the heat is on at say 60 degrees, or that the air condition is at 75 degrees in the summer. You will need to pick up the mail either from the mail box in the street, or at the township Post Office from my P.O mail box. Other thing to watch for are that the refrigerator works, water is flowing properly, all windows and doors are closed. I don't have pets, the house will be empty when I am away. If you don't have a car, there is a bus within 1/2 a mile. These visit can be made once every two weeks, while I am away. Let me know if you want to talk more by sending me an email [email protected]
