Hi! My name is Eric. For the past decade I have rented places to live, but it makes it difficult to travel as much as I would like. I own very little and spend most of my time on the water as a river guide. As a former marine I have a lot of experience keeping a tidy ship, and taking care of things. The past few years I have noticed that I pour a good deal of time and effort into the places I live but also pay for them. This site gives me an opportunity to help others experience life, and pour that good work into a community rather than a property management company. I am a very loving and joyful person. I believe a happy home leads to a happy heart. In my home in west Texas I help manage a community garden and enjoy spending time in places with a healthy dose of plant and animal life.
