I'm interested in a bedroom/ apartment accommodation for reduced rent while I stay on your premises to be house sitter and property caretaker. I work in town as a physical therapist, but am available to home watch, water plants, feed pets, stock groceries, and even cook while you are here. I can alter my schedule to meet your needs.
