Hello! My name is Destiny Gonzalez, but I go by 'Dez'. I am a married mother of three children and a small business owner. Simply looking for something flexible to supplement income. I have experience with house and pet sitting, mainly for friends and family. Things I will do: Maintain the security of your home, by letting people know someone is inside or constantly checking up on the property. I will make/receive calls or texts for updates on how things are going. I will answer the home phone and take a message if requested. But I prefer any calls outside of yours to go to voicemail. Professionally turning away unwanted or unexpected visitors. Checking your mail and bringing in packages. Feeding pets, changing out 'potty items', taking them for walks (if needed), and playing with them (if needed). Though depending if they require high maintenance care and what that care entails, I may not be able to care for them. Depending on how long you will be gone, I will do light cleaning - sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and light dusting. I will not hesitate to call safety authorities in an emergency. Things I will not do: I will not tolerate 'spy surveillance'. I will tolerate known security surveillance inside and outside the home. I will not clean your home outside of cursory upkeep - sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and light dusting. Additionally I will not sit for a messy home. I will not babysit children or offer elderly companionship. I will not entertain guests who drop by. I will in a professional manner ask them to return when you are home, even if they have a key. I must be made aware of persons who may need something from your home, so I can expect them beforehand.
